Full Journal pdf1994-04-15 House Journal Page 3459 HB 222 The Finance Committee has considered: HOUSE BILL NO. 222 "An Act relating to landlords and tenants, to termination of tenancies and recovery of rental premises, to tenant responsibilities, to the civil remedies of forcible entry and detainer and nuisance abatement, and to the duties of peace officers to notify landlords of arrests involving certain illegal activity on rental premises." and recommends it be replaced with: 1994-04-15 House Journal Page 3460 HB 222 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 222(FIN) "An Act relating to landlords and tenants and to the applicability of the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, to termination of tenancies and recovery of rental premises, to tenant responsibilities, and to the civil remedies of forcible entry and detainer and nuisance abatement; and amending Rule 62(a) of the Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 24(a) of the Alaska District Court Rules of Civil Procedure."
